Privacy

This site belongs to Una Mas Games, a one-person game studio based in Spain. Here is what data is collected and what happens to it, without the fine print.

The short version

No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Analytics are anonymous, self-hosted and identify nobody.
The only personal data stored is your email address, and only if you join the newsletter.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and none from third parties. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser may store things by itself (image cache, system language preference), but that happens on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Analytics

The site uses Umami, an analytics tool self-hosted on the same server as the website, in Spain or the European Union. It uses no cookies and creates no persistent identifier that could follow you between visits or across sites.

For each visit it records, in aggregate: the page viewed, the page you came from, the country, the device type and the browser. Your IP address is used only to work out the country and is not stored. The data is neither shared nor sold, and never reaches Google or any advertising platform.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (knowing which pages work) with processing that cannot identify any individual.

If you join the newsletter, your email address and the date you signed up are stored. Nothing else: no name, no country, no browsing history.

Double opt-in: you will get a first email asking you to confirm the address is yours. If you do not confirm, the address is deleted.
What it is used for: release, patch and new content announcements for Una Mas Games games. Nothing else.
How long: until you unsubscribe. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

YouTube videos

Game pages may include a YouTube trailer. The video does not load until you ask for it: until you press play, all you see is an image hosted on this site. Once you press it, the player loads from `youtube-nocookie.com` and Google's privacy policy applies from that point on.

Links to Steam

Wishlist buttons take you to the Steam store, a Valve Corporation website with its own rules. What happens there is governed by their privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to hola@unamasgames.com. You will get an answer within one month at most. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. If the change is significant and you are on the newsletter, you will be told by email.
